Brief History of the Firm
The Firm, was founded by Adamos Adamides in 1993 at the time of his appointment as Minister of Communications and Works of the Republic of Cyprus by the then President Clerides after 24 years of legal practice initially in Famagusta and subsequently in Limassol.

The firm is highly reputable in terms of quality, skill and experience in rendering legal services as well as for its professionalism in treating clients, its practicality in approaching legal issues and for the comprehensive legal solutions it offers for corporations and individuals.

Range of Services
The firm practices in almost all areas of business law with special focus on Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Stock Exchange Law, IT & Telecommunications Law, Financial Law, Commercial Law, Competition Law, Intellectual Property Law, Public Procurement & Administrative Law, Immovable Property Law, Wills and Administration of Estates Law, Trusts Law, Tax Law, Labour Law, and Litigation.

Each partner and lawyer of the firm has an educational background from either the UK or Greece. This is of particular importance given the fact that the Cyprus legal system is primarily based on English law with substantial input from Greece and the Europe. The firm cooperates extensively with local and foreign accountancy, law firms and other specialist groups.

Other Services
The firm maintains two other companies, namely Adaminco Secretarial Ltd which provides registered office facilities and secretarial services to corporations and Adaminco Trustees Ltd which provides trustee and other related services.
