Firm advises Logicom Public Ltd on a Shareholders Agreement with Demetra Investment Public Ltd

The Firm has advised Logicom Public Limited (“Logicom”) on a highly sophisticated shareholders agreement with Demetra Investment Public Ltd (“Demetra”) by virtue of which Demetra will participate indirectly in the execution and operation of the Limassol Desalination Project in Episkopi with an equity proportion corresponding to 40% of Logicom’s indirect interest in the consortium MN Limassol Water Co. (consisting of the Israeli company Mekorot Development and Enterprise Ltd and the Cypriot company Netcom Limited)  which undertook the execution of the project on a BOT basis.

Demetra will undertake in accordance with its equity proportion the cost as well as the rights and obligations stemming from the €229 million BOT contract.
