Firm advises on € 7,95m acquisition of Newcytech Group by Logicom Group

Adamos K. Adamides has advised Logicom Group on a € 7,95 million deal for the acquisition of Newcytech Group of companies (consisting of Newcytech Business Solutions Ltd and its subsidiary Newcytech Distribution Ltd).

The Agreement and Plan of Acquisition of Newcytech Group was signed on July 27, 2009 and following clearance by the Commission for the Protection of Competition and completion of the due diligence work, the acquisition was closed on October 30, 2009.
